These terms and conditions apply to all customers/visitors, and form the basis of every agreement made between us and you (the customer). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully because they form a contract between Printvent Ltd. and our customers.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and supersede all previous terms and conditions published on this site.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any images if these terms and conditions are not agreed to online.

Making a Purchase
Because our products are personalized and printed to your order requirements, we require cleared payment prior to printing.
You will receive a confirmation of order email; this is to indicate that we have received your order.
We reserve the right not to reproduce any images which are offensive or contain inappropriate content. As a security measure we reserve the right to record the IP address of the computer used to upload any image to our site. If any illegal or pornographic images are uploaded to our site, we will inform the relevant authorities and provide any details we hold.
In submitting the image to us, the client confirms that they own the rights to the image or have obtained written permission to use the image for reproduction purposes. All copyright and intellectual property rights are retained by the client on any image submitted to us.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify us and our staff and company against any action, claim, damages, liability, costs and expenses arising out of any claim with regard to infringement of a third parties copyright, intellectual property rights, or trade mark, due to the reproduction or processing of any image by us on behalf of you the client.
We reserve the right to contact you via telephone or email should we have any questions about your image prior to printing. We also reserve the right to make a judgement as to whether the image supplied to us is of sufficient quality to print at the size requested by the client. If the image is too small you will be informed and you will be asked to supply an alternative larger scale version of the image.
Our standard turnaround times vary depending on the product, we aim to print and despatch all products within 2 working days. Delivery can be up to another 3 days depending on shipping method chosen. You should always receive your item(s) within 5 working days. We endeavor to complete orders within the advertised timescale, however if there are problems beyond our control, such as missing images or poor quality images, we reserve the right to extend the turnaround time.
Shipping and Delivery
Our Products are printed to order; this means our standard shipping is as advertised.

Expect delivery in 3-5 working days
We use various methods for delivery depending on weight and size of the product ordered. Smaller items tend to be sent via Royal Mail first class while larger items (banners etc) will be sent by 2-3 day courier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any damage that may have occurred during transit or in the manufacturing process. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage to us. It is essential that you contact us within the 24 hours, so that we can claim compensation from the courier company on your behalf, and reprint your order for you.
All shipping timescales are for Mainland UK only.
Once your order has been despatched with the courier, we are unable to ammend any shipping details. Also we cannot not be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier either misdirecting your parcels or not having the capacity to make the delivery on the notified day. Please note that we will not issue a refund of shipping costs for the above reasons.
All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Credit card security
We use Worldpay to process all of our credit and debit card transactions.
When your order is placed at our website, all information given by you is encrypted using 256bit encryption. The credit card transaction takes place at our payment service providers secure site. We do not have any access to your credit or debit card details.
All of our products come with a 14 day guarantee. The guarantee covers defects in manufacturing, it does not cover colour reproduction.
Printvent Ltd. do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Data collected by this site is used to:
- Take and fulfil customer orders.
- Administer and enhance the site and service.
- Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes and order fulfilment.
We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
We do not believe that we can send emails to you just because you have ordered something from us. We send out a monthly newsletter and only to customers who have subscribed. We will only email you in regard to the orders you place with us.
All products are printed to order. Payment must be made in full prior to printing.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at
Goods may be returned to us if they are delivered in a defective state or they do not match the descriptions given on this website.
You are required to inform us immediately if it is your intention to return the goods. You will receive e-mail instructions about your return and subsequent refund.
All items sold on Printvent.co.uk website, where the “Printvent designer” has been used are deemed to be ‘personalised items’. The return of these items will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged and we are informed immediately.
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
All products are printed to order, therefore if you wish to cancel your order, you need to advise us straight away. We will accept cancellation of the order up to the point where the production process has begun, in which case we will issue a refund.
Any refund that we have agreed to make will be issued within 5 working days days of the refund agreement.
We have a strict policy not to adjust any colour settings or contrast / brightness settings, unless specifically asked to by the client
The Colour settings and the type of your computer monitor that you use to view your image, have an influence in the perception of how your image should look. You should be aware that unless your computer monitor’s colour settings have been calibrated professionally, they may look different to the final print supplied by us. As we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor, we will not accept colour reproduction including brightness or contrast as a valid reason for return.
